Juventus dominated the game completely but were unable to score until the second half from a penalty by Vucinic who added a second goal several minutes later. Pescara scored a goal from nowhere seven minutes before the end. Great performance by the Pescara goalkeeper Pelizzoli who stopped the score being 6-1
