Champions League: dream or nightmare?

For me, the start of the dream!!!
This time We have a good possibility; our team is capable of changing its formation (3-5-2 and 4-3-3) and our trainer is more optimistic than the old one. I see hope!!!

This evening, our team plays against Malmo, which has a module and it plays like two danish squads (Copenaghen and Nordsjælland). Attention please!

I hope, I believe, i enjoy, but primarily I belong to Juventus !!!!

  1. I don’t think that we played all that well really, but I am pleased with the victory and clean sheet.

Still yet to concede a goal.

How it would be beautiful to get to the Final… We must do well as must all Napoli, Torino, Fiorentina, Inter and Lazio this season in European competitions. I crave for our game’s reputation in Europe to improve.

I watched the programme, “Champions League Goals” last night and was angered by Sky. They showed the goals from Madrid’s group with Crappool also and then discussed in the studio, went to a commercial break, then showed goals from the Olympiakos – A. Madrid game followed by the goals from our match, discussed the Atletico game and then went to a commercial break effectively completely ignoring and discounting us. Total lack of respect for the law… The law that is La Juve… I hope we smash them.

  2. This match was important to our squad. It is the first game of new Champions League. Good start.

But, I see the same problems of the last season of UCL.
At our home, I believe that We must play with a different formation (module); in Europe, the match is different to Italian game. In particular, the opposite squad plays offensive against us and it plays with 2 wingers (offensive). In this case, our full-backs must stay in defensive position and the squad is always blocked.
The 3-5-2 module is good only for Italian match where We have greatest strikers.

Do you agree or disagree with me?
I’m sorry for my brief explication

    1. I agree and disagree. We can not only play one formation for each opponent in Europe or only 3-5-2 in Italy. We adapt to who and what we face and adapt during the game. The match is different from Milan to Empoli, to Napoli to Bologna. We must go game by game.

Personally, I’d like to see us experiment with a 2-1-3-2-2 or 2-1-2-1-2-2 formation for extra flexibility.

  3. The formations, that you provide, are 3-5-2 with Bonucci (sweeper) and the wingers (Asamoah and Licht) more offensive. We wait and We would see!!!

Yesterday, ASRome has won its debut match. I hope that ASRome is tired in the next match against Cagliari (but with Coach Zeman… counterattacks).
