UECL Matchday 5

We’re kind of nearly half way through the football season already. Why do they always have to go so quickly? At least we will have the U21 Euro Championships to look forward to in the Summer.

Roma away in Russia from 5pm today. I will be supporting them for two reasons and two reasons only; for the UEFA country co-efficients to be improved upon and for that stupid mega rich crappy little manchester “club” to hopefully finish P4 and look so pathetic.

For our information here are the club co-efficient rankings. We are currently in P22! That must improve. Round of 16 participation will definitely bump us up the list. We need to be streets ahead the likes of spurs and manchester c. These co-efficient rankings are based on the last 5 seasons so we should hopefully make the top 10 soon. In a way it is odd to see Milan 11 points ahead of us. I wondered how and where the units after the decimal place come from, but looking at it it seems it is kind of a way of matching, grouping or coding all Italian (.602) clubs together, Spanish (.285), German (.083) etc

  1. UEFA Youth League (U19’s)… we have to score more… 3 in 4 is not too good with a negative goal difference. Hopefully Atletico can do us a favour by beating Olympiakos but even then on the final match day it may come down to GD or head to head (possibly depending on the rules and format of the UEFA Youth League). Let us not forget that Atletico Madrid still need to come to our castle on MD6 in both Leagues. I see Lorenzo Di Livio (17 year old son of Angelo) scored today in a 0-2 win against CSKA Moskva.

  2. I also want Roma to win. I have no feelings either way about Man City, but I agree with the coefficient and also, I hope a European campaign will tire their squad and distract them from Serie A. As long as they win neither, I’m happy.

  3. flipping idiots, pump the ball into the corner keep it away.. thinking about it though of course Roma invite them at the end of the group and they hopefully will not have a chance there.. it only makes it more interesting

  4. Yet further evidence that the crappy manchester joke of a “club” have crap support… Scholes keeps mentioning it too. The away section of the stadium is yet again producing more noise. What a joke of a “club”. I hope Bayern s**t on them

      1. Fantasy football… it’s a joke.. they’re a joke. Their “fans” make me absolutely sick. They’re a fully crappy “club”. Some of their fans tried to get my large scale Juve flag [which I got from the good old 90’s when I attended my first Juve match at the Delle Alpi] flag back in, I think, 2009. Their spending power that they have demonstrated over the years to easily throw stupid amounts of money around and buy some of the players they have. I think that *some* of the players are good. I remember when they came in for our Gigi Superman. I think it may have been Giovanni Cobolli Gigli who was President when these links were being talked of. I liked that guy really. I think he did some good work.

Their “fans” hahaha they really do suck

2-2 it looks like then. Bayern played almost the full 90 with 10 men away

WEFSDVDVD VJHAWEVBSDRGKS GRR BASTARDS Congratulations to Messi.

  7. So, you don’t like their fans (is that just because of the flag, or is there something else?) and they have lots of money.
As for the money, good for them. I wish we had that much money. I don’t think their fans are any different from any other club. I don’t remember them beating us in an important game. Milan, I hate. I was at Old Trafford a few years ago.

  8. 1. I’m not big into “English” football at all.

    2. I only like [& follow] Everton from the UK.

    3. Yes, I don’t like their “fans” particularly because of what some scum cockroaches with their alcohol breaths tried to do – unfortunately for them they approached the wrong person. See, the thing was after the match (1-1 ADP nearly winning it with that late free kick hitting the crossbar at the away end) we exited that crappy stadium (no atmosphere) and my cousin wanted to carry the flag. Shortly after leaving I looked back to find some other set of hands on My Flag. Trouble ensued.

    4. Yes, they have far too much money. It’s kind of like that sketch show from Harry Enfield I think where that middle aged couple win the lottery and go on and on about it to their friends and family ala “we are considerably richer than you” in, I think, a North Eastern accent. Small crappy club basically winning the lottery. I hate Chelsea too and Shitpool and Arsenal.
